An Altamont man remains in custody at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail after his case was transferred to Livingston County from Daviess County on a Change of Venue. Thirty-nine-year-old Ricky Wayne Baldwin is charged with alleged endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of Domestic Assault. Cash-only bond is set at $10,000. A hearing is set for Monday in Livingston County Associate Court.
