An Independence woman who was wanted on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure-to-appear, which was issued in May, was arrested out of state. The original charges include alleged Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device. 52-year-old Michelle Renee Souders is held with bond set at $7,500 cash only and is awaiting extradition.
