The Livingston County Health Center Board covered several topics in its monthly meeting.
Director Katie Stephens presented information on the financial audit. On a board consensus, they will have Conrad and Higgins perform the audit beginning this week and a report can be expected in late October.
Stephens also reported the HVAC project is moving forward.
Have 5 units and 3 have been replaced so far.
The board discussed contractor bonding requirements to ensure a project is completed in a timely manner. They will look into how and if it can be incorporated into the bylaws and contracts.
