A Mexico, Missouri man was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Forty-year-old Javan Lee Johnson had pled guilty to the charge in May, and sentencing is set for August 6th. A warrant was issued for Johnson, and he is in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
