A crash at a fuel pump left a Milan man with serious injuries. State Troopers report the crash occurred Monday at about 4:30 pm at 620 North Pearl Street in Milan, as a 59-year-old man from Milan was stopped at a fuel pump. A 61-year-old man from Roach, Missouri, was northbound and drove through a parking lot and struck a post and the other vehicle.
The Milan man had serious injuries, and the man from Roach had minor injuries. Both were transported to Sullivan County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
