A Tina woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Linn County. State Troopers arrested 66-year-old Rhonda K. Capps at about 4:08 pm for alleged DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, and no seatbelt. She was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and released.
