The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department booked two men into the Caldwell County Detention Center on WRITs to appear in Livingston County Court.
Twenty-five-year-old Austin Tyler Fox of Chillicothe will appear on charges of alleged assault and tampering with a motor vehicle. He is currently serving time at the Western Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center.
Thirty-nine-year-old Julius L. Thomas of Springfield will appear on a charge of alleged attempted delivery or possession of a weapon at the jail facility. He is serving time at the Potosi Correction Center.
