Walters Arrest

A 40-year-old Chillicothe woman was arrested Friday by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department. Krystal Marie Walters was booked on an alleged bond violation of alleged financial exploitation. Walters is held in Caldwell County with no bond set.
