911 Consoles Approved For New Police Facility

The purchase of three 911 consoles to be installed at the new Chillicothe Police Facility received Chillicothe City Council approval.  The consoles, with installation, will cost $220,919.  That will be split 50/50 with Livingston County.  Police Chief Jon Maples explained the current system is out dated.

The current consoles are 13 years old and not supported.

The council approved the purchase from Midwest Mobile Radio Service.
