The Chillicothe Middle School will be the site of an active shooter training session on Monday, September 22nd. As this is a professional development day for the school district, School Resource Officer Mike Lewis says that there will be no students at the building.
Agencies involved in the Active Shooter Training include the Chillicothe Police Department, Chillicothe Emergency Services, Livingston County Sheriff’s Office, and the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Lewis says there will be several emergency vehicles at the Middle School for the training exercise on Monday.
