Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports one additional booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Caldwell County officers arrested 43-year-old Ian Anthony Sims of Breckenridge on a Bond Revocation warrant from a charge of alleged Stealing. Sims was arrested at the Caldwell County Detention Center. His new bond is set at $20,000 cash only.
Sims has a Bond Hearing on December 5th and a Sentencing Hearing on January 9th.
