Severe Thunderstorms moved across north Missouri Tuesday night. The system moved through the Kansas City area with numerous reports of rain and hail.
Four-and-a-half-inch hail was reported near Weatherby Lake at about 6:30 pm.
The storms moved across the region, leaving some storm damage and storm reports. These include:
- 1 ¼ inch hail near Stet
- 77-mile-an-hour wind gusts near Bucklin
- Powerline damage near Bucklin
- tree damage in Clay County
