Assessment Forms

Assessment forms from the County Assessor’s Office should be in your mailbox soon.  Livingston County Assessor Rich Thieme says they were mailed on December 31^st.  Thieme says you have two options for filing the forms.

Fill them out manually and return them, or use the on-line option.

The forms need to be returned no later than March 1^st to avoid penalties that range from $5 to $105.  Thieme says he has no latitude in waiving the penalties.
