A bench trial will be held in Linn County court for 43-year-old Jeko P. Markov of Marceline, on charges of alleged DWI, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and two counts of Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
Markov was charged in Sullivan County in September of 2024 following an incident on school grounds in Milan. In March of 2025, the case was moved to Linn County on a change of venue. In October, Markov waived the right to a jury trial, and the Bench Trial was set for March 6th before Judge Terry Tschannen.
