The sentencing of Eric Molina Benitez in Livingston County Court was held Thursday. Benitez had pled guilty to Unlawful use of a weapon and delivery of a controlled substance in May. The judge sentenced Benitez to five years of probation on each charge, and the sentences are to run consecutively.
