Boil Advisory For A Portion Of Livingston County PWSD #2

A Boil Water Advisory is issued for a portion of Livingston County Public Water Supply District #2.  The Boil Advisory affects customers on LIV 237, South of LIV 228 to Highway 190.

The Boil Advisory remains in effect until 5:00 pm Thursday.

Under the boil advisory, water used for cooking or drinking should be boiled for at least three minutes.  Ice cubes made with tap water should be thrown out and remade with boiled water.

Surfaces that come in contact with raw or prepared foods should be sanitized with boiled water and a teaspoon of bleach per gallon of water.
