One booking into the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County is reported for the long weekend. Chillicothe Police Department arrested and booked 41-year-old Michael Lee Hart of Chillicothe on Monday evening on a probation violation warrant from an original conviction for DWI – persistent offender. He had been sentenced to 5 years probation. He is held with no bond allowed.
