A booking on a probation violation is reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. Fifty-eight-year-old Joanna Sue Harper of Chillicothe was arrested by the Probation and Parole Office. She had been serving 5 years of probation from a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center. She had been on probation since April.
