One new booking at the Caldwell County Detention Center for Livingston County is reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
41-year-old Randy Ray Campbell was booked Sunday by the Chillicothe Police Department following a traffic stop. He is charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $10,000 Cash only.
