A Springfield Missouri woman, 29-year-old Felicia Pauline Martin was taken into custody Tuesday by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department on a Writ. She had been scheduled to appear in Livingston County Associate Court today on a charge of alleged 1st Degree Harassment. She is held at Caldwell County Detention Center with no bond allowed.
