The former Sullivan County Public Administrator, 65-year-old Joan Brummitt, of Milan was in court for arraignment. She entered a plea of not guilty to the charges of alleged four counts each of Financial Exploitation of the elderly and Stealing.
Brummitt will return to court on April 13th for plea and trial setting before Judge Matthew Krohn.
