Busy Chillicothe City Council Agenda On Monday

The Chillicothe City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.  The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at City Hall.

 

Following the presentation and approval of invoices and payroll for CMU and the City, the council will handle several appearances.  This includes:

  • The presentation of the 2024/25 Audit.
  • A bid presentation for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Oxidation Ditch Improvements.
  • Two Purchase orders for Rotor Repair and Re-wedging for CMU Generators.
  • Proposal for security cameras and access control at city hall.
  • A Security camera system for the Fire Training Center.
  • A Service Agreement with CIVIC PLUS for notification services.
  • An Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for pedestrian signal and ramp improvements at Washington and Clay and Washington and Calhoun.

 

A Closed executive session will be held for legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
