A 32-year-old Excelsior Springs woman was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County on Monday afternoon. At about 12:10 pm, Troopers arrested Katie Middleton on a Caldwell County warrant for alleged no seatbelt. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
