Caldwell County Jail Bookings

The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department reports three weekend bookings at the Caldwell County Detention Center.

Saturday:
Deputies booked 36-year-old Brian Douglas Claypool of Cowgill for two counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.   The probable cause statements indicated Claypool already had two orders of protection for his children.  The children’s mother came to Mr Claypool’s home while the orders were in place.  The booking shows charges of alleged domestic assault and two additional charges of alleged endangering the welfare of a child.  Total bond is set at $12,500.

Deputies booked 33-year-old Sara C. Claypool of Liberty for two counts of alleged violation of a protection order.  Her bond is set at $2,500

Sunday, Deputies booked 34-year-old Daniel M. Beattie of Lathrop for alleged domestic assault and property damage.  Cash-only bond is set at $10,000.
