A Polo man charged in Caldwell County Court with alleged Kidnapping, Armed Criminal Action, and domestic assault will have his case heard in Caldwell County Circuit Court. Thirty-seven-year-old Joshua S. Clevenger was in Associate Court on Tuesday, where the judge found probable cause to move the case to the higher court. Clevenger is scheduled for arraignment today before Judge Daren Adkins.
