A Carrollton man was arrested by State Troopers on Monday evening in Carroll County. Thirty-six-year-old Bryce A. Thomas was arrested at about 8:31 pm for alleged Driving While Intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident. Thomas was taken to the Carroll County Jail, processed, and released.
