A 36-year-old Carrollton man was charged in Carroll County court with alleged Burglary, Stealing, and Property Damage. Cody Alan Beeler was charged for the incident that allegedly occurred on May 7th and was caught on a surveillance camera at the Carrollton Park and concession stand.
Charges were filed Monday, and a warrant is issued for the arrest of Beeler. The warrant includes a cash or surety bond of $5,000.
