A two-vehicle crash in Carroll County left three with minor or moderate injuries on Tuesday afternoon. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 1:48 pm on County Road 244, near Road 381. The report indicates a truck was westbound in the center of the roadway, causing an eastbound pick-up to travel off the left side of the roadway. The vehicles collided, resulting in the Truck driver with moderate injuries and the passenger with minor injuries. The Pick-up driver had minor injuries.
The Truck driver was taken to North Kansas City Hospital. The others were taken to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment. No one was wearing safety belts.
