A Carrollton teen has been charged in Carroll County Court in connection with a shooting on December 27th. The shooting left the victim with serious physical injuries. Following the investigation charges have been filed against Colby Tanner for alleged Assault with serious physical injury or special victim and with alleged armed criminal action.
Tanner was taken into custody on a warrant on Tuesday and his bond is set at $5,000 cash. There are numerous special conditions, including a dusk to dawn curfew, submitting to testing for alcohol and drugs, and submitting to searches. He will be on house arrest with gps tracking
Tanner has his initial appearance in Carroll County Circuit Court on February 5th.
