The Grand River Historical Society will host the 2025 Celebrate Freedom Concert on Friday, July 4th. The event is at the Bethel AME Black History Church Museum starting at 3:00 pm, in conjunction with the Chillicothe Area Arts Council. The concert is offered FREE and will include interactive selections.
