Chillicothe’s 40th annual Chautauqua In The Parks will be held this weekend in Simpson Park. The event combines vendors with unique items for sale, festival foods and drinks, and entertainment – both on the stage and around the grounds.
Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce Director Crystal Narr says one of the highlights of the event is the Traditional Arts Area.
More than 20 different types of artisans.
These include fiber arts, spinning, weaving, sewing, cooking demonstrations, and storytelling.
Chautauqua in the Parks is Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
