Chillicothe City Council Agenda Includes Several Appearances

The Chillicothe City Council will meet on Monday at City Hall.  The meeting begins at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers.  Following the financials, appearances include:

  • An ordinance accepting the results of the General Election and Declaring Winners.
  • Ordinance amending the 2024-2025 Budget (#2).
  • Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Budget (#1).
  • Ordinance authorizing a Farm Lease with Price Farms.
  • Ordinance authorizing the Execution of a Consulting Agreement with Rumery & Associates and the Reimbursement Agreements with FEC, Chillicothe Municipal Utilities, and CDC to assist in the Economic Development of the City.
  • Ordinance Authorizing the City to enter into Amendment # 2 with the Missouri Highways and Transport Commission for a State Block grant agreement regarding the airport improvement program.
  • Ordinance authorizing the Purchase of Parks Department’s Concession Supplies.
  • Ordinance authorizing the purchase of Parks Department’s Beverages and Supplies for three years.
  • Ordinance accepting the bid for the purchase of Two Defender – 10-year Maintenance Kits from Progressive Commercial Aquatics, Inc.
  • Ordinance amending Section 515.030 on Permitting Provision for use of Public Right of Ways to allow multiple location permits.
  • Ordinance accepting the bid for the purchase of Twelve Taser 10 Basic Bundles from Axon.
  • Ordinance authorizing a Five-Year Agreement with Livingston County for the Central Square (CAD System).
  • Ordinance accepting the bid for the refurbishing of the 2004 Sutphen Arial Tower 95′ unit by Brindle Mountain Fire Apparatus.
  • Amy Hess Surplus items

A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting to handle personnel matters.
