Bidding procedures and annual requests are on the agenda for the Chillicothe City Council when they meet on Monday. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm in the council chambers.

Appearances by the YMCA and MU Extension for annual reports and requests for funds.
CMU will request approval of a cooperative agreement with the Missouri Public Energy Pool for financing of the generator repairs.
The City Administrator will present an ordinance revising bidding procedures.
A closed executive session is planned to handle legal, real estate and personnel matters.
