The contract for prosecutor services for Chillicothe City violations that go to court will be handled by the Livingston County Prosecutor. City Administrator Roze Frampton says this continues a contract the city had with Adam Warren.
A contract with Brian Keedy.
Keedy was appointed by the Governor to fill the open position. Frampton says this contract is for the remaining term, through March 31st, 2026.
The contract includes an increase in pay, going from $30,000 to $31,500 per year.
