The Chillicothe Fire Protection District #1 of Livingston County met Tuesday evening.
The board approved the budget that includes revenues of about $156,000. Expenditures are split, with 50% to the City of Chillicothe, 25% into the truck replacement fund, and 25% for organization expenses.
The board rejected bids for the sale of a surplus pumper truck and a generator. The bids were rejected due to bid process confusion.
The board adopted the Livingston County Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
They also approved moving forward with the installation of a fire hydrant at the water district tower located at Route W & Route A. The cost is not to exceed $6,000.
