A Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center following his arrest by Jackson County officers. Forty-one-year-old Dustin Lee Ritchie was arrested on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
The charges are the result of an investigation that began with a traffic stop in December of 2024.
