A Chillicothe man currently held in prison by the Department of Corrections was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center to appear in Livingston County court on Monday. Forty-one-year-old Steven Tyler Kimbrough is to appear before Judge Daren Adkins on Monday for Plea and Trial Setting from charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Following the court appearance, he will be returned to prison.
