The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission will meet March 3rd at City Hall. The meeting will start at 5:30 pm and will include a request for the “redividing and street renaming” of the Mystic Heights Subdivision. The land is located between Clay and Third Street, east of Woodrow. This excludes the Verrelle Peniston State School and their property.
To date, two homes have been built in the subdivision.
The property will change from a “Planned Development” to R-3 – Residential Zoning.
