Chillicothe Police Report

Fifty-four calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Thursday.  Some of the calls include:

Overnight, officers made one arrest during a traffic stop on South Washington Street, and the vehicle was towed.

Police also investigated a morning report of a reckless driver who allegedly threatened another motorist, but the suspect vehicle wasn’t located.

Several calls throughout the day involved civil matters, welfare checks, and routine traffic stops resulting in warnings. Officers also checked on possible drug activity and assisted with a landlord-tenant dispute.

In the evening, police responded to two separate domestic disturbance calls, with one incident resulting in a report. Officers also handled multiple 911 hang-ups, determining there was no emergency.

Most incidents were resolved without further action.
