A 911 Director has been hired to handle 911 services in Livingston County. The Livingston County Central Emergency Services board held a special closed executive session on Friday. The board voted to hire Eric Menconi as the 911 Director, offering a three-year contract.
Menconi has been working for the City of Chillicothe as the Aquatics Manager at Chillibay Water Park.
