Several Bids To Be Consider At Monday’s Chillicothe City Council Meeting

Chillicothe City Council meets Monday at City Hall with bids on projects for the Fire Department, Parks, and CMU.  The Council members meet Monday at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers.

Following the payment of salaries and bills, the Council will have several appearances, including:

  • Fire Chief Eric Reeter will present an ordinance accepting a bid for building materials and plumbing fixtures for the remodel of three bathrooms at the fire department.
  • Fire Chief Eric Reeter will present an ordinance accepting a bid for the purchase and installation of flooring and trim for three bathrooms at the fire department.
  • A discussion on receiving no bids for demolition and installation of the fire department bathrooms.
  • CMU General Manager Matt Hopper will present the bid for a reverse osmosis system for the electric generating plant.
  • Parks Director Josh Norris will present a bid for walking trail improvements at Simpson Park.

A Closed executive session is planned to handle legal and personnel matters.
