The report states that in each instance, the text information is sent to a third-party suicide hotline, and then that hotline calls 911 to relay the information. The latest incident referenced a caller with a name and address that may be in Chillicothe. The investigation determined this was an attempt at a swatting call. This is the second time the Chillicothe Police Department has dealt with this type of swatting issue at the same address.
