Chillicothe Police Report for Friday

Chillicothe Police Department received 76 calls for service on Friday, including:

11:11 a.m. Officers worked a two vehicle crash without injury near HWY 36 and Mitchell Rd. A piece of farm equipment that was being towed by one of the vehicles was destroyed.

1:34 PM Officers responded to the 1700 block of Morningside for a possible fraud report. The reporting person had not yet been scammed. They were advised to not provide any information to possible scammers.

3:32 PM Officers checked the Simpson Park area after receiving a report of teenagers throwing snow balls at traffic. Officers did not locate the juveniles.

7:14 PM Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1700 block of Jennings Place. The disturbance was determined to be a disagreement over unwelcome guests in the house.

 

Officers also conducted traffic stops, business checks, paper service, and followed up with numerous investigations.
