More than 90 calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
Police also handled several alarms that turned out to be false, along with roadway hazards due to the wind, including a trampoline and a tree limb blocking traffic.
Officers conducted two well-being checks, one of which required help from the fire department after a resident was found to have fallen.
Three arrests were made throughout the day:
- A 36-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
- A 34-year-old woman turned herself in on a St. Charles County warrant for failing to appear on a stealing charge. She was held pending extradition.
- A 56-year-old man was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for failing to appear on traffic-related charges.
Late Wednesday night, officers investigated a report of a possible prowler on Jennings Place but found no one in the area.
