Eighty-nine calls for service were handled by Chillicothe Police officers on Wednesday. Some of the calls include:
A 25-year-old man was arrested just after 1:00 am for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Ridgecrest Drive. He was processed and released pending a court date.
Officers responded to a business alarm on Henry Street, an open door at a closed business on Business 36, and a well-being check on Green Street.
Police also handled reports of a malfunctioning traffic light at South Washington and Ryan Lane, and a report of a person in crisis. That person was located and taken to the hospital for evaluation.
