As the FIFA World Cup Soccer games take place in Kansas City from June 11th to July 11th, the State of Missouri has been preparing. Chillicothe Visitors Bureau Director Amy Supple says there have been preparations made locally.
Put some things out there to make it easier to find out about Chillicothe.
Supple says they do have two groups booked to visit.
One from Argentina, and the other is a US group.
A soccer camp was hosted locally that included some professional coaches from Kansas City. She says they are working with local businesses, and there may be some local watch parties in the community.
