A 6.7% increase in health insurance premiums was presented to the Chillicothe R-II School Board on Tuesday. The coverage is through the Missouri Educator’s Trust. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the District’s portion of the health insurance will increase by 3%, from $576 per month to $594 per month. The employee cost per month for Plan 8 is $109 per month, Plan 15 is $46 per month and Plan 16 – the High Deductible Plan includes the District Deposit of $119 per month in a HSA.
The Bboard approved the presented increase.
