A Chillicothe woman was arrested by State Troopers in Boone County Thursday evening. Thirty-five-year-old Fiorella Anthony was arrested at 8:41 pm for alleged failure to place a vehicle not in motion as far right as practicable, failure to secure a child under 8 years of age in a child restraint, and two counts of alleged DWI with a person under the age of 17 in the vehicle. She was taken to the Boone County Jail pending the posting of bond.
