Three organizations made appearances before the Chillicothe City Council on Monday, requesting funds for services provided.
- Grand River Area Family YMCA requested $35,000. That is the same as the 2025 request.
- Hope Haven Industries requested $3,500. That is an increase over the $2,500 requested in 2025.
- Chillicothe Area Arts Council requested $15,000. In 2025, they received $5,000.
The funding requests will be discussed in the budget workshop, and decisions will be made on amounts at that time.
