After increasing pay for the E911 Dispatchers at the Chillicothe and Livingston County E911 Center in the regular meeting, the Chillicothe City Council had an executive session Monday and hired a new dispatcher.
Carson Cooksey was hired as a E911 Dispatcher at the rate of $17.00 an hour. He began his training on Tuesday.
